FINE/LINE's residential division is equipped with state of the art computer aided drafting (CAD) and designers that have over 25 years of combined experience. You have concerns - FINE/LINE has solutions. FINE/LINE has a very comprehensive design book and we encourage you to look through the many pages. This design book can be a starting point for your dream home and from there our designers take over and give it "your personal" touches.

FINE/LINE has designed homes from 600 to over 8,000 square feet and we take extreme pride in giving you the finished design that says “it's mine”. During consultation, a designer will gather information to help get the design process started. Your designer will ask questions, you will ask questions and then it is off to the drawing board well actually the drawing computer. When your new home is completed, FINE/LINE will provide you with a fully drawn set of plans, guaranteed for construction approval. Should any changes be necessary, of course we will make them and supply you with the updated drawings. Please be aware that the city or county you are building in may have additional requirements. FINE/LINE endeavors to gather information from these agencies and incorporate them in your design. However, should engineering be required, these fees and changes are additional.
